1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of suyou.uk, our apps and related services (“Services”) provided by SUYOU VPN LIMITED (Company No. 16676526). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials confidential and you are responsible for activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
No unlawful activities or actions that harm others or networks, including infringement, spam, unauthorised access/hacking, DDoS or other attacks, malware distribution, or abusive circumvention of third-party restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Availability & Regions
We may restrict the Services in certain regions for legal/compliance reasons and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- In-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those stores and follow their terms, auto-renew rules and refund policies.
- If web purchases are offered, they are digital content. When you request immediate access, you acknowledge delivery begins right away and the statutory 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event. For in-app purchases, the app-store rules prevail.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software and trademarks are owned by SUYOU VPN LIMITED or licensors. No copying, modification, reverse-engineering or distribution without permission unless allowed by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal requirements or to protect the Service/users. Clauses that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) shall survive.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in London, England have exclusive jurisdiction.

4. 可用性与地域
基于合规原因，我们可能在特定地区限制提供服务，并可在合理情况下对功能进行变更或停止。
5. 订阅与计费
- 通过 Apple App Store/Google Play 购买的项目由相应商店计费与管理，并受其条款、自动续订与退款规则约束。
- 如我们提供网站直接购买，该等内容为数字内容；当你请求立即开始使用时，英国消费者法下的 14 天冷静期将不再适用。
6. 免责声明
本服务按“现状”“可用”提供；在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何默示担保。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或利润/数据/商誉损失承担责任。对直接损失的总责任以事故发生前 12 个月内你为服务支付的费用为上限。涉及应用内购买时以应用商店规则为准。
8. 知识产权
网站与应用中的内容、软件和商标归本公司或许可方所有；除法律允许外，未经许可不得复制、修改、反向工程或分发。
9. 终止
你可随时停止使用；我们可在你违反条款、出于法律要求或为保护服务/用户之目的暂停或终止访问。按其性质应继续有效的条款（如知识产权、免责声明、责任限制、适用法）在终止后仍然有效。
10. 适用法与争议解决
本条款受英格兰与威尔士法律管辖；争议由英国伦敦法院专属管辖。
