suyou.uk, our apps and related services ("Services").

Data we process
- Account & purchase data: email address, country/region (if provided), subscription status and purchase receipt identifiers supplied by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive full card numbers from those stores.
- Support communications: messages you send to [email protected], and troubleshooting files you voluntarily provide.
- Service telemetry (no traffic content): minimal technical events such as connection start/stop timestamps, server region/code, and success/failure indicators. IP addresses are processed transiently for routing/security and discarded when the session ends. We do not log websites visited, DNS queries, or the contents of your traffic.
- Website cookies: only essential first-party cookies (see Cookie Policy). No advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Smart Routing (Local Network Information)
To improve connection success rate and routing accuracy, the app can read
certain network information locally on your device (e.g., LAN IP address
and network type) to support smart routing selection (such as
carrier-optimized routing).
In this version, this information is processed locally on your device and
is not uploaded to our servers.
You can disable Smart Routing at any time in the app's Privacy settings.
If disabled, the Service will still function, but routing selection may
rely only on latency tests and recommended nodes may be less optimal.
Usage data & analytics
We may collect limited anonymous usage data for stability, feature
improvement, and troubleshooting (e.g., page/feature usage, button
interactions, launch time, crash logs, performance metrics, device model,
OS version, and app version). This data is stored only on our own
servers. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app
tracking. We do not collect directly identifying information such as
name, phone number, or precise location.

Retention
Technical connection events: up to 30 days.
Support tickets: up to 24 months.
Purchase/financial records: up to 6 years.
Sharing & processors
We use selected processors solely to operate the Service
(hosting/infrastructure, email/helpdesk, Apple/Google distribution). We
do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Safeguards: UK IDTA/EU SCCs.

Encryption, strict access control, minimisation.

智能匹配（本地网络信息）
为提升连接成功率与线路匹配准确度，应用可能在你的设备上本地读取部分网络信息
（例如：局域网 IP、网络类型），用于智能线路匹配（如运营商优选）。
在本版本中，上述信息仅在设备本地处理，不会上传至我们的服务器。
你可以随时在应用的“隐私”设置中关闭“智能匹配”。关闭后仍可正常使用，但线路推荐可能仅基于延迟测试进行，推荐节点速度可能不够理想。
使用数据与统计
为提升稳定性、功能体验与问题排查，我们可能收集少量匿名化使用数据（如页面/功能使用、按钮点击、启动时间、崩溃日志、性能指标、设备型号、系统版本、应用版本）。数据仅存储于自有服务器，不用于广告、画像或跨应用追踪。不收集可直接识别身份的信息（如姓名、手机号、精确位置）。

技术事件最多 30 天；
